5 random things

1. It amazes me sometimes how people will risk their limbs so that they won't have to wait 90 seconds on the next elevator.

2. Sunday, after church, a group of us went to Skyline. Tommy was showing a visitor from Guatemala the trick where you clean a penny using the hot sauce. So, I was cleaning off one of my pennies. A little while later, one of my contacts fell out. So, I went to put it back in, forgetting that I had been messing around with hot sauce.

Not good times.

3. Due to a large number of guitar players in the FOCUS worship band, and do to some other goals that we want to accomplish, I am switching from guitar to keyboard this fall. Should be interesting. I think I'm going to throw in a lot more harmonica as well.

4. My coworkers rock. They are making me look really good right now.

5. Pray for my friend Melissa. She is in Houston helping out people displaced by Katrina. Check out her blog (linked under mel on the right). I know a lot of people are going to be blessed by her.
