the storm Thunderstorms are one of my favorite things in the world. So, this morning, I was quite happy. Especially since it was a morning I could sleep in. For some reason, I find it quite relaxing. I had my window slightly open, just laying there taking in the sound of the rain and the roll of the thunder. But, being on Victor Street, there had to be something to ruin it. Whenever the thunder boomed loud enough, it set off one of my neighbors car alarms. I hate car alarms, for reasons I mentioned in a blog entry back in September. The thing must have gone off at least 6 times this morning. So there it was, one of my least favorite things in the world juxtaposed with one of my favorites. I'm sure there is some analogy in there somewhere. I'm not going to look for it though. posted
