the banned list

In my apartment, my roomates and I have come up with a list of things that are banned from the apartment. Over the last couple of days, we have had a bit on a compliance issue.

Yesterday, I came in and found a DVD of the movie "The Bachelor." The problem: Renee Zellweger is on the banned list, so that DVD should not have been in the apartment. So, we had a talk with the offending roommate (who will be left unnamED). It was all a misunderstanding, it came free with the pizza he ordered. So, we just told him to be more careful in the future.

Tonight, though, it was my fault. My friend (and yours) Juliet has a friend on American Idol. She asked for us to vote for her. Of course, I am happy to comply, except for 2 reasons: 1. I hate American Idol, and 2. It's on the banned list. But, I want to help out where possible, so I come up with the following: I don't actually watch the show, but I get the phone number at the end to call in and vote. Still, it's a gray area, because it involves 3 minutes of airtime (since she was contestant number 6) and it involved my participation in the show. But, I did it. However, in the process, Brent catches me. I told him to punch me, but he wouldn't. Luckily, Tommy did punch me later on, so I've done my retribution.

Anywaym for those who have never seen it, here is the list of things that are banned from 2346 Victor St, Apt #2:
