work angst
I think I'm going to add a new quote onto my signature for my work email. It is as follows . . .
"If you want your claims to pay
You'll do it my way!"
Seriously, people call and ask for help, I tell them the correct way to bill it, and then they start arguing with me.
I don't think I'm cut out for customer service. I just don't buy into "The customer is always right." I beleive that "The customer is usually wrong."
